At the moment, we are only able to communicate via email and do not provide telephone support.

Where are you located? I'd like to come and visit your showroom.

Our office is located in Melbourne, and we have warehouses in both Sydney and Melbourne.

However, our office and warehouses are not open to the public, and we do not have a showroom open to the public.

We can ship to virtually all residential areas in Australia using local logistics.

Essentially, we cover approximately 99% of inhabited locations across Australia.

How long will it take to receive my order?

（Please note: Large items cannot be delivered to PO BOXES/Parcel Collect/Parcel Locker due to their size.）

How come I only received one item when I purchased several?

Sometimes, items from one order may be shipped separately, and they might arrive at different times.

The logistics website shows package has been signed , but I haven't received the product.

Sometimes logistics updates may occur earlier or later than expected. Please rely on actual delivery status.

As long as the package is delivered within the specified time frame, it's considered normal, so there's no need to worry.
