At Auchampx, we prioritize your data privacy and have instituted the following practices for data retention and removal:
Customers:
We retain end customer data in our core platform for order fulfillment and post-sales activities in line with product warranty requirements. This ensures that we can address any refund or replacement requests as needed. For retailers using our channel integration tool for order synchronization, we remove end customer data in the channel integration tool one year post successful order fulfillment, catering to potential changes requested by the end customer.
