Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution center within 1-2 working days of receiving full payment.
  • AUCHAMPX collaborates with multiple couriers to ensure an efficient delivery service.

Free Shipping:

  • Over 70% of our products qualify for Free Shipping, limited to most metropolitan areas based on delivery postcodes.
  • Shipping Costs may apply to delivery areas outside our Free Shipping zones.

Australia Post:

  • Orders dispatched via Australia Post feature a barcoded address label for easy tracking.
  • Utilize the consignment number at http://auspost.com.au/track/ to monitor your item's progress.
  • Expect either a doorstep visit or a card for pickup at the local post office, with a required signature.
  • Note: A re-delivery fee applies to items returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect from the Post Office.

Other Courier Deliveries:

  • After reaching the nearest depot, the Courier provider will email the nominated receiver for delivery updates.
  • Utilize the tracking number to check delivery status; deliveries occur during normal business hours on weekdays only.
  • Assistance may be needed for unloading, with deliveries limited to the property entrance.
  • A re-delivery fee applies for undeliverable items or those returned due to incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery.
  • Door-to-door delivery cannot be guaranteed for every customer, especially in remote areas.

Delivery Timelines:

  • 98% of products are dispatched within 2 business days.
  • Delivery timelines vary by region:
  1. VIC: Approximately 3 - 5 working days
  2. NSW, SA, ACT: Approximately 4 - 8 working days
  3. QLD, NT, WA, TAS: Approximately 7 - 10 working days.

Tracking and Address Details:

  • Buyers can trace deliveries online with a unique tracking number.
  • PO Boxes have size and weight limitations (25kg or one meter).
  • Buyers must provide accurate delivery details and a mobile number before payment; changes post-checkout are not valid.
  • Delivery time starts after cleared payment and dispatch from our warehouse.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • In the unlikely event of parcel return, our customer service will contact buyers via email.
  • Address discrepancies prompt contact; a re-delivery cost applies to returned products.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt:

  • For Australia Post deliveries, a notification is left for parcel pick-up.
  • Arrangements are made for non-home deliveries by other Couriers, with a re-delivery cost if the buyer is unavailable.

Receiver Awareness and Parcel Rejection:

  • Gift recipients should be informed to avoid rejection, with a re-delivery cost for resenting.

Courier Reference and Extended Delivery:

  • Expected courier delivery times are for reference only, with possible delays.
  • Contact customer service if items are not received within 10 business days.

Undeliverable Postcodes:

While we aim for nationwide delivery, certain postcodes may incur extra fees.

Orders with no shipment service will be canceled and refunded with email notification.
